Yearbook
The Green Lake Yearbook is a student‑centered project that captures the spirit of each school year. A mix of student contributors and PTA volunteers help gather photos, design pages, and highlight the moments - big and small - that make our community special.
Who It Serves
All Green Lake Elementary students and families.
How to Order a Yearbook
Yearbooks are available for purchase in the Spring. Ordering details including price, deadlines, and the link to order are shared through the weekly newsletter and PTA communications.
How Students Participate
Students can participate through the Yearbook Club, which is one of the Enrichment Programs each year. They will help brainstorm themes, gather photos, and contribute creative ideas for the book. Students also appear throughout the yearbook through classroom activities, school events, and candid moments captured during the school day.
Volunteer Opportunities
Families are invited to contribute photos from school events, classroom activities, and community gatherings. Candid, everyday moments are welcome; no professional photos needed. Instructions for submitting photos are shared each year through the newsletter and classroom communications.
Adult volunteers help with:
- Collecting and organizing photos
- Supporting layout and design
- Taking photos at school events
- General yearbook coordination
No design experience is required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.
