How to join the school Directory

Make an Account / Log In →

1. Login or create a Membership Toolkit account.
   (If you already use Membership Toolkit with another school or organization, you can sign in with the same account)
2. Update your family’s information.
3. Choose what information you'd like to share in the directory.
4. You’re in! You’ll then have the option to join or renew your PTA membership.

How to update your information in the directory

1. Login to your Membership Toolkit account
2. Go to My Account -> My Info / Join the PTA
3. Click "Family Information" to update your or your students' information in the directory

How to Change what is shown in the directory

The directory is only accessible to other families at Green Lake Elementary, and you can share everything from your name, address and phone number with everyone - or you can choose to limit what you share. It's up to you!

1. Login to your Membership Toolkit account
2. Go to My Account -> My Info / Join the PTA
3. Click "Directory and Publish Preferences" to update what information others can see in the school directory.
   NOTE: If you don't see "Directory and Publish Preferences" it might be that your Family Information needs to be updated, or because you are not marked as a "Parent" in your information. Click "Family Information" to update.
